Building on its success, BeautifulPB has launched the revitalization of a long-vacant building in the heart of Pacific Beach. The vision is to create a vibrant, multipurpose venue that brings together residents, neighboring communities, and visitors—connecting people to art and to one another.
The former Pacific Beach Library is an historic 1950s mid-century modern structure, located on the southeast corner of the PB Middle School campus.

The Center will serve as a gateway to the broader PB Arts District—connecting mural tours, local galleries, creative businesses, and an expanding network of artists into one cohesive, accessible experience.
Collaborative funding will make it possible to offer affordable art classes, performances, festivals, and cultural programs—sparking creativity and expanding access in an arts-underserved community.
Key collaborations are with our founding donor, the Pacific Beach Woman’s Club, San Diego Unified School District (SDUSD) and LPA Design Studios, which is providing architectural design services.
Please contact us to tell us how you are interested in being involved.
The PB Arts Center is a project of Beautiful PB, a 501(c)(3) Public Charity EIN 46-0547798
