PB Arts Center hosts a monthly Meeting : First Tuesday of every month from 6:00pm – 7:15pm Christ Lutheran Church (Gathering room) 4761 Cass St. 92109.

Working Committees meet monthly, virtually

Philanthropy and Impact: Fundraising strategy, engagement with potential donors, performance metrics.  Lead: Leslie Follmer – meets first and third Thursday, 3-4 p.m. Join the meeting

Operations: Building maintenance, capital improvements, Legal, Compliance, IT, Finance  Lead: Chris Olson – meets third Tuesdays from 6-7 p.m.  Join the meeting

Programming/Staffing: Artistic planning, classes, event scheduling, event planning and organization  Lead: Mariana Merlos- meets first Friday from 9-10 a.m. Join the Meeting

Marketing + Communications:   Marketing plan, Social Media, Logos, Signage, draft communications, Press releases Lead: Toni Robin and Michelle Sexton- meets 2nd Monday from 8-9 a.m. Join the meeting
